MOJO is a free app that can be downloaded for free from the Google or Apple app store.  It contains hundreds of practice plans that are designed specifically for recreational soccer coaches and players.  It is easy to use.

LYSA has created a special library of practices for Cubs, Passers and Wings age groups.  There are 10 sessions for each program.  If you follow them, you will have a complete season of practices already planned.

To use the app
1.  Download from the app store
2.  Create an account - you don't need to sign up for any of the "pay" features
